Questions We Hear Most About Hot Tubs
Hot tubs like the AquaLuxe Serenity Spa are designed for immersive relaxation, hydrotherapy seating, and intimate soaking experiences — ideal for unwinding after a long day or entertaining guests. Swim spas such as the AquaLuxe Vista Pro 18 offer a larger footprint with both a dedicated swim current zone and a hydrotherapy lounge area, making them a versatile choice for those who want the benefits of both a pool and a spa in one refined unit. Consider your available outdoor space, how you plan to use it, and the experience you want to create.
A solid, level surface is essential — most hot tubs require a reinforced concrete pad or a structurally sound deck rated to support the weight of the filled spa, which can be substantial. You will also want to ensure access to a dedicated electrical circuit, typically a 240V GFCI-protected line, which should be installed by a licensed electrician before delivery. Our team is happy to guide you through site preparation considerations so your spa arrives ready for a seamless setup.
Yes — our curated hot tub collection, including models like the HydroForma Elevate Spa and the LuminaBath DuoSpa, is engineered with full-foam insulation systems and durable, weather-resistant cabinet materials designed to retain heat efficiently even in cold weather conditions. Many of our customers find that soaking in a well-insulated spa during cooler months is one of the most luxurious experiences their backyard can offer. We recommend reviewing each product's insulation and cover specifications to find the right match for your climate.
