Questions We Hear Often
Infrared saunas use radiant heat panels to warm the body directly rather than heating the surrounding air the way traditional steam saunas do, which means they typically operate at lower ambient temperatures while still delivering a deeply warming experience. This design makes them accessible for longer, more comfortable sessions and allows for easier installation in a variety of outdoor settings. Our cabin models like the Heliox LuminaWood and LumaTherm PureGlow are purpose-built to deliver consistent, enveloping infrared warmth in an architecturally refined enclosure.
Many of our infrared sauna cabins, including the NovaTherm DualVista and Solvana RadiantCore, are designed with weather-conscious construction suited to outdoor placement across multiple seasons. We recommend reviewing the specific installation guidelines included with each cabin to ensure optimal placement, ventilation, and protection from the elements. Our team is available to help you identify the model best suited to your climate and outdoor space.
Our collection includes both solo-focused and duo-configured cabins to suit different preferences and household needs. Models such as the NovaTherm DualVista and LumaTherm PureGlow are designed to accommodate two occupants comfortably, while other cabins in the collection are tailored for a more intimate, single-person retreat experience. Each product page details the interior dimensions and recommended occupancy so you can choose the right fit for your lifestyle.
We offer Free Shipping on Most Orders Within the Continental U.S. (excludes AK/HI), so your sauna cabin arrives without added freight costs in most cases. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, our 30-Day Returns policy allows you to initiate a return within 30 days of delivery — please refer to our Return Policy page for full eligibility details and next steps. We encourage you to reach out to our team before purchasing if you have any questions about fit, installation, or compatibility.
